When I want to add a dimension to a sketch between a circle or radius and anything else smart dimension will automatically dimension to the center of the radius. That's all fine and good.

BUT! Sometimes I want to add the dimension to the minimum or maximum side of the radius. So I have to :

  1. Select smart dimension tool
  2. click the radius A
  3. click the radius B
  4. drop the dimension on the sketch
  5. enter a dimension and/or click OK/green check/enter.
  6. Select the new dimension
  7. click the leaders tab
  8. scroll to the bottom
  9. select first arc condition (min or max)
  10. select second arc condition (min or max)
  11. click OK/Enter
  12. Select the new dimension (because my first dimension was not right)
  13. enter a dimension and click OK/green check/enter.

While that method works it is really annoying over the long term. I would like to do this:

  1. Select smart dimension tool
  2. Ctrl+click the radius A (sets it to max)
  3. Shift+click the radius B(sets it to min)
  4. Drop the dimension on the sketch
  5. Enter a dimension and/or click OK/green check/enter.

Does anyone know if that can be done? Hot keys? Macro? It doesn't have to be ctrl or shift, just some assignable hotkey or even right click option.
