Given the huge marketing push by SolidWorks this release (2021) on 3D Experience - in that in the last week I have had an email a day just about 3D Expereince and nothing on the actual 2021 SolidWorks application release - I find it a bit odd that there is no specific section in this forum for any of the 3D Experience products. Surely if this is the future we need to be able to see what actual users of these systems are saying? No?

Might also be useful for the developers to interact with potential users (who are existing desktop customers) to identify areas that need some work? Why the secrecy?

There are many areas that spring to mind:

1: Comparing SolidWorks desktop with Power Surfacing with SolidWorks desktop and 3D Sculpt

2. Looking at the topology optimisation options in 3D Creator (comparing to other platforms)

3. Drafting and options when using 3D Experience platform

I've looked at the various marketing materials in depth and frankly they leave me with more questions than answers. What we - the potential buyers - need is access to actual users so we can ask questions. That is what this forum was good at.

So how about it?
