The number 7 isn't constructed very well
Top right radius is not nice
"Check Sketch For Feature" is not reporting any problems, but extruding this sketch is not working. Check criteria and feature criteria are not equal?
Oh this brings back not-so-fond memories of working at IBM. We had a memory chip named Gazelle and it had a layer that the designers had 'drawn' a gazelle head on. This layer required an offset due to the under-etching so when it was post-processed to create the mask layer it would turn this sketch inside out and we'd get an abend error every time it was left on this layer. I was working overtime over Independence Day weekend and had the failure twice - the designer swore up and down that they had removed it - they hadn't - so we wasted quite a few hours on a VERY hot job.
I dont know this font, but I had a similar issue with another font. Regular was fine but bold had missing items. When dissolving the letters I discovered selfintersecting contours. Perhaps you have the same on the "7" character.
It was solved by increasing the letter width to 110%.
