64-bit Codecs

Hi all

I am trying to create an animation for the purposes of a presentation (so it needs to be good quality) but do not have any codecs available other than 'Microsoft Video 1' or uncompressed.

I have not had much luck in producing animations without glitches with Microsoft Video 1, and 'uncompressed' creates a HUGE file that the PC can't play in real-time (I suppose due to the amount of information needing to be processed).

I believe the problem may be that I don't have any video codecs that are supported by 64-bit applications. Does anyone know of any good 64-bit codecs out there? Or has anyone resolved the same problems by other means?

We hardly ever need to produce high quality animations here so don't really want to shell out lots of cash on a third-party application!

Many thanks!
