From few weeks i am getting mail that some one with different mail ID trying to login account using my serial no. so please let me any solution with this
Contact your VAR.
Make sure you have a good password.
Who would have your serial number?
I have received over 200 of these emails in the last couple of weeks (serial number belongs to my employer so I do not know how they got my name). Some type of phishing email I think. I just delete them.
I got them too. my VAR said it was a know issue SW is working on.

What kind of "issue"?
Someone giving out serial numbers?
Just like phone scams. Someone randomly puts numbers together and sees what happens
Here is what I got from SolidWorks on the issue:
These requests are not legit. We are aware of this problem and it has affected some other customers as well. All such emails have originated from Japan and I hope you have not approved any request. The MIS and Anti-Piracy teams have been diligently digging into this and till last week when I checked, none of these attempts were successful.
Check the email addresses of the people that attempted to register your serial number. They will most likely be some random address like these:
As a general rule if the email address is not from my company and it appears to be someones personal email address I will attempt to email them and see if they can try again after they tell me who they are and maybe use their company email address.
We are well aware of this problem and are actively investigating the root cause and solutions. Please be assured that these serial number registration attempts are unsuccessful. Due to the security measures in place, these emails cannot register the serial number on the Customer Portal and they cannot activate the serial number (due to the single activation rule). If you have a customer who's adamant that their serial number was compromised, then please follow the steps in S-073193 (a police report, in this case, is not necessary) to request a new serial number for them. Thank you for your patience while we identify the root cause.
