I'm trying to create a part that fit on this assembly. Is there a good way of doing this. I want to make a part that combines all three orange ones.
Try adding an additional bend (red) between the two existing bends (green):
Why can't you do it with regular flange bends? Get the angles right and just modify the flange sketch to whatever you want. I did a ballpark below.
Use 3DSketch & Surfaces to layout. Triangles and rectangles, knit, thicken, convert to sheetmetal. Corner relief's will be needed in a lot of cases.
Your parts with perf pattern are mis-aligned ever so slightly.
For what ever reason if you modify the parts I created the mirror side bends will suppress themselves.
It's just a simple step to un-suppress.
I think it's a good idea to align marked faces so that they are on one plane. This will simplify the model of the middle plate considerably. Of course, if there are no contraindications resulting from the assumptions of the project
