I'm facing a problem, if anyone can help me.

As you can see on right plane I made a square (red) 5X5 center located at the origin. On plane 1 i made another square (blue) 5X5 but the mid point of one edge is coincident with the end point of the green line which is on front plane. The green line other end is coincident with origin.

I was needed a a gradual transition from red to blue shape following the green line. But when I was applying the loft command it was happening something like this-

Can anyone tell me why the shape is getting twisted at the bend of the green (guide line)? Is there anyway to control the twist? Though I applied normal to profile at both ends and maintained all the setting default why the shape is getting weird like that? Can anyone have any solution? What to do to make the shape consistent?
