Why the cursor keep stuck status even after the software no longer stuck

The problem happens recently. After some operations which make SW stuck for a while, the cursor will keep looking like it's stuck and cannot go back to normal status, even SW is no longer stuck.

When moving the cursor to run some tasks, it works properly, which shows SW is not actually stuck. But when moving the cursor to the blank area, it's under stuck status as the screenshot above.

Even though it does not impact the functionality, I cannot distinguish whether it's really stuck or not, which is kind of annoying. Is there any solution for it? For now, closing all the opened windows does not help and I need to restart the program.

Thanks!
