When Extruded-Thin overlap other layer it doesn't cut through the holes of the bolts!
how can I fix this PLZ?
Thanks I didn’t understand you by attaching, please explain to me how to attach.
I’m using Extruded-thin so the bolts are circle 
which I give them thickness.

Why are you making bolts this way? You could just use toolbox fasteners (same for clearance holes.)

It is also a self self-explanatory.
You should attach your part but I suspect that you just need to go back and edit the feature to include the cross-sections you want extruded. I think you will find that some 'holes' you wanted were not 'open'.
