This project may be slightly over my head but could someone provide insight to creating the feature in red line on the attached. There are no dimensions provided, just going by eyeballing it and coincident relationships.

You noticed that little logo I see. Did the OP ever answer you?
Tried updating the model you provided. What surface tool would be best for 'knitting' the areas circled. I've watched many videos on the Surface Knit but I am not picking the correct entities or something. Surfacing is a new area for me so I'd appreciate a little walk through.
I used the Surface Fill to create the triangular faces within those markups on top of the Boundary Surfaces.
This is the last step to getting the part 100% correct.
Rest is simply

Moral standard I know is conveying correct thing to others.

Sorry. It wrong file. Now is correct
It is not possible to knit with these issues.
What markup tool are you using?
I have just the standard Windows 10 default of Snip and Sketch which “pales in comparison to the variety you get with Snagit. You can add arrows, text, speech bubbles, shapes, stamps, etc. to your screenshot using the Snagit Editor. It even lets you select favorites to help make the process faster.“
i cant add text from my keyboard, it requires freehand with the mouse.
