Why the spline becomes to many short lines after I explode the block in NESTINGWorks?

Hi,
I have a problem when I use “NestAssm-mypart.dxf” cutting in the laser machine.
Here are my steps:
  1. My part in SolidWorks is made of splines. I do the nesting work in a piece of sheet.
  2. then I export the NestAssm-mypart.dxf which is made of sketch blocks. My laser cutting machine software can't recognize sketch blocks so I must explode the block.
  3. But the splines all become to many short lines. It severely reduces the cutting quality because it has too many join points.
My question is how to get a spline after I explode the sketch blocks in NESTINGWorks?
