I resently got me a new HP Workstation, but i get so low performance on the processor and the I/O

Windows 10 Pro 64

Memory: 32 GB DDR4-2666 ECC SDRAM (4 x 8 GB) 
Harddrive; 512 GB SSD

Processor: Intel Xeon W2123 3,6 GHz
