Hallo, ich arbeite oft mit Scharnieren aller Art und muss deren Bewegungsverläufe kontrollieren können. Jedoch generiere ich immer Verknüpfungsfehler sobald ich mehr als ein Scharnier in der Baugruppe verwende und/oder das Scharnier bewegt sich in eine eine unmögliche Position, wo liegt mein Fehler und wie kann ich ihn umgehen?
I replaced the hinge-file from my original post, all components should be included now. And yes, the hinge is an separate assembley. When I use it in context of another assembley I always configure it to be flexible.. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I always generate a lot of mating-errors if more than one hinge is connected to the same specific part
I rarely use Flexible sub-assemblies, but I suspect the problem has to do with the amount of movement in that one. Could you do a Pack and Go of an Assembly with this file that is showing the errors to a zip file and post it?
Sorry for my late response, I have lots of work to do these days. Well that could be the case, but there has to be a way to have all of this movement without mating-errors, it is necessary to check clearances etc.. and after all dassault systems advertise SolidWorks to be able to do such stuff. I attatched this pack and go version of the assembley, please don't share beyond the boundaries of this forum, this is sensible company data. thank's

I am unable to open the files... but from the image attached, it seem to me the most possible issue is on the angle mate and/or limit mate...
Is your angle mate reference to any entity to prevent the angle from flipping?

We will be unable to open the Assembly since you didn't include the Part files, but I will try to help. I assume the hinges are separate Assemblies inserted into the main Assembly? If yes, did you make them Flexible? See I inserted my movable Assembly into another Assembly and now it won’t move. What happened?
