Keep having issues with extruding the sketch 3 - contour from:  surface/face/plane (Boss-Extrude 1)     Direction 1: up to surface (Boss-Extrude 1) with continued 'thin feature' appearing before hitting 'ok'

The 2D drawing is from Illustrator with many missing dimensions.  However, this shows side, top and front views.

I don't understand where my contour is open.
