I have a component I wanted to mate. It does not want to move by a triad or the move tool. It says it is fully defined but has no constraints. Also, it is not fixed.

When I right click, it only says 'FIX'. There is no (f) prefix either. Why doesn't this thing move? I tried using the translate box option and that worked! WHY?
