DWG - IF statement to control visibility of text

I'm wondering if it's possible to control the visibility of text in a note (or a note altogether) using an IFExist statement. Basically, if a specific custom property exists, then the note should show it, if it doesn't exit, the note shouldn't show anything at all.

Something like:

IFExist($PRPSHEET:{Raw Material}, "- For section profile details see drawing $PRPSHEET:{Raw Material}", "")

If the property exists, show string, otherwise show blank.

Or if the property exists a certain note is show, if the property doesn't exist the note is hidden.

Thanks in advance!
