That's easy for sheet metal parts. You define the materials, place all dimensions, define the finish required, add special notes as necessary, define the tolerances, note the interpretation standard(s) to be used, define all welding completely, and Bob's your uncle! Easy-Peasy.

They might just take your model and work out the flat pattern.
