I am facing a issue where PDM archive server services & PDM Database services are stops automatically, which gives an error "could not connect to archive server" or "cannot access the item in the database", 

I need to restart the services on Server machine each time when it stops, I have tried set manual running, Automatically delayed start / Automatically, that doesn't work, I don't know which apk is stopping the services of PDM Archive server & SQL Services or PDM Database services,

OS is Win-Server 2016

SQL 2014

SW Version is 2018-SP3
