Are all these installed and necessary?

I am currently running 2009 SP03 on my machine. I happened to open the "Add or Remove Programs" application recently while trying to clean out some old programs. I noticed four entries for Solidworks in the list. 2008 SP05, 2009 SP0, 2009 SP02.1, 2009 SP03. Are all of these necessary? Could I remove all Solidworks entries that are not 2009 SP03? Are there important files found under the other entries that should not be removed? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

When upgrading from one version to another, you should completely uninstall the previous version. (unless of course you want to be able to run both versions).

When updating to a newer service pack, you are given the choice at installation whether to update (overwrite) or create a separate service pack install. It sounds like you have been selecting the latter.
