Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve my issue with creating a pattern across the faces of a cube. 

I have a few holes in a pattern here that can't seem to successfully build.

I first created a simple cut extrude on the bottom face, then used a fill pattern. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
