As I find that yet again the monthy temp lic file they sent me doesnt work...
its great that they found a way to allow us to log in to pdm remotely,
Solidworks told us we could, then found out half of us couldnt due to an ipv4/6 conflict on pdm licencing.
Its not so great when these monthly licences expire and then the new one doesnt work!
When you suffer down time and cant work due to a solidworks issue do you try and add up the lost hours to have an argument about when the support renewal time comes?
Has anyone had any kind of satisfaction doing that?
