Using SolidWorks Document Manager I am able to read and write custom properties of parts all the parts in a folder without opening them.Now, I am trying to traverse through the features of this parts, but uncuccessful. Is it possible to fetch feture details via SolidWorks Document manger.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
I am interested in checking features like "CoordSys" and "Cut" available in the Part. and also get their names.
In that case it's definitely not possible. And likely never will be.
You will need to open the part with SolidWorks api
Only thing you are able to do is to traverse the component hierarchy. Anything else pretty much is only accessible through the API and they have a good reason to make that way.

Unfortunately, most of the features are out of the scope of document manager.
What kind of feature would you want to access, and what details are you looking for?
