Hi,
how could I easily convert all internal space of assembly to some solid, ready for 3D print. Meaning all pipes/profiles etc would need to be filled...
Is there a quick way or do I need to do this manually?

Hello,
See here Finding enclosed volumes across multiple parts in an assembly
It will create a part with all the enclosed spaces. You can then add it to the assembly to fill the voids.
It won't fill open-ended profiles though.
If you can attach the file I can try a method I envisage.
