Hi, I'm looking for some help modeling a mold without undercuts for a wind turbine blade. I have spent a good amount of time trying to use the mold tools and no luck since the mold will not have a planar parting line (most of the part says its straddling the mold halves). I've tried using edges and draft analysis to create non-planar parting line/surface and no luck in that either. I'm new to mold tools, so hopefully someone has some quick tips that will help! thanks!

It looks like you need to use the curves>split line tool with silhouette in your pulling direction. This will split the faces and effectively create your parting line. Then use surface tools to create your parting surface.
As Dario says, avoid mold tools, very limited to simple parts. I manually create all core/cavity surfaces, parting surfaces, knit together and do simple boss extrude up to these surfaces.

This is exactly how I usually handle odd-shaped molds.
Heads up, though, it looks like you may have some odd geometry on the trailing edge that might need to be addressed first:
Do you have any idea what could be causing the geometry issue, I've redrawn the sketch a couple times and that doesn't. I don't see whats causing this, The guide sketch for the loft only has a line and a couple arcs. And the ruled surface should go around the entire part correct?
I would use split entities on your sketches maybe, since they're splines the connectors of the loft may not line up as you want.
If you split it at the change in draft, you probably won't have to use split entities after as there will be an edge to use.
This is future file for me , but my opinion is that mold tools in SW should be avoided!
I would make my parting surface (with surface tools ) and make some boss extrudes , and finally use combine tools to make core and cavity.
