Have you ever been able to access the program from that computer?
does it / or has it ever, allowed you to sign in using that system or another online connection?
It may need passwords or links that you have not correctly setup.
It could also be that you have anti-virus software or programs that are blocking the program.
Be sure to set the Solidworks programs or links to be allowed.
It sounds like an issue on your computer or internet connection.
Is this for a student access or was this a purchased seat or network seat for a company you work for.
The more details you can supply the better help you will get.
Please explain what steps you are doing and when you get the error and anything else that is different from a previous time you were able to get access - if you ever were to get access.
I believe it was broken and fixed yesterday (august 11th).
Hello Franco Pallares,
its normal behavior. SOLIDWORKS online (on my.solidworks.com) testing may be interrupted at random times.
Then, if you are using SOLIDWORKS Online without an invitation from VAR, you can only use total a few hours.
VAR can generate 7 days invitation to testing SOLIDWORKS online.
Answering the question: try again later.
