Every time I use Pack & Go in SW2019 SP5 Solidworks crashes out. EVERY time. Its very annoying

The crash only happens in SW 2019, SW2020 SP4 & 2018 SP5 can both create P&G data without issue.

So far I have tried the following.

Install certified graphics driver

Uninstalled 2019 - Restart - Install 2019 - resart.... 

Uninstall 2019 with advanced options (deleted registry enries)- resart - reinstall - restart

SW crashes on multiple files from multiple locations... its not a single file problem...

Dell Precision 7540 (i7)

NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000

32GB Ram

I am out of ideas... Any suggestions?
