I want to make a surface "tapered" to the surface(shown below) in Solidworks. I tried to use sweep tool, but the section is twisted, and doesn't remain the given angle to the surface. It is easy to achieve in Creo, as we can control the orientation of the section.

I found a tool called "normal to surface" in Ruled surface in Solidworks, it is close to what I want. But I really want a specified angle to the surface. 

Someone have an idea on this? Please let me know, appreciate.
