Hello All,

I am working on a Rack Assembly which contains some 8 lakhs parts, where 60% of those are fasteners.

it is now taking 30-40 mins to open and more than an hour to save. 

I have tried all the large assembly management techniques like lightweight,feature freeze, LDR. 

Can anyone please help me with the advise and experience on how to overcome the slow performance.
