I've been using the wrap feature to create a simple reinforcement ring around pipe welded to a pressure vessel. It's worked fine in the past. I'm recreating it for a new design and I get the error above. I was originally modifying an existing wrap (that was working) when I received the error. I then deleted that wrap and recreated it and still get the same error on the new feature. Thoughts?
This in a multi-body part environment. It's basically two circles wrapped around part of a cylindrical face and embossed out a set thickness. I get correct looking geometry shown in my model so its not completely failing. But I still get the warning error.

Tada...user error! So, when I created the clearance holes for the pipe the reinforcement ring goes around, I used a 2.50" diameter hole instead of 2.375. So the wrap/emboss was trying to do so on empty space when the ID of the ring was 2.54" or smaller. Adjusted the pipe holes to the proper size and voila! works as it should with the correct dimensions.
That was a fun, self-created time waster!
