When I open an assembly I get a popup window that shows how long it takes the assembly to open. Is there a way to turn that window on or off?

One of our employees wants the window to popup and it is not. Where do you turn it on?
It is not shown on that list of messages. Would you know where to look for the message errors and warnings?

Yes that message does not show up in the dismissed messages location.
