Finished all 44 modules, but the voucher redemption button never appeared? Can someone help me fix this. I have only until August 1st and that's when the offer expires.
I have the same problem too, i don't know what to do. The voucher must be used befor August 2020 and i'm waiting for it despite that i have completed all the videos of cswa prep course

In any case, this is a user forum and can't do anything for you.
This issue is now resolved. Just go back to MySolidworks and the "Get CSWA Voucher" button should be there.
If you don't see that button, reset your cookies for the site, or even easier, use a different web browser than you normally do.
The problem was that the automated system ran out of vouchers to distribute. We replenished the voucher pool so the system is now working properly.
Thanks for resolving the issue. I assume an e-mail blast to all registered users with the coursework in their "my training" would ensure everyone gets properly notified. Then again, you probably already thought of that
