Has happened now on several complex drawings, where the drawing looks fine, the preview looks fine, but when sent to the printer, one or more views are only partially reproduced, and the other portions of those views is mis-positioned and mis-scaled else-where on the print. Sometimes can resolve the problem by simplifying the drawing, transferring views to a second sheet, and printing only one sheet at a time. Today I cant seem to get the output required.
Printer is not the issue. Drawings become garbled if they are going to a physical printer or a PDF file. Otherwise that would be an obvious work around, to print to PDF and then send the PDF to the printer.
(too much data)...adding.. save as a PDF or PS and open/test/print them,... is anything odd from those?
PDF gets garbled in the same manner as physical prints. In this example the top view is only partially produced, and the lines across the bottom ar evidence of the remainder of that view being repositioned and rescaled somewhere in paperspace.
..possibly a stray entity, geometry or view?
Are the drawing views set to draft quality? I have seen this causing issues with output.

Your view hasn't finished rebuilding. The mesh or grating panels in your assembly are the issue here. Not recommended to do.

Sometime its the printer.
Old printer has less memory and will go crazy trying to print complex drawings.
See which printer driver you're using: PostScript or PCL.
Try different version, even older one.
