How do I resize tabs such as component properties tab, I want to make this part flexible but the OK button is not showing up because the toolbar is too big for the screen.
All SOLIDWORKS dialogs should fit on a display set to 1,920 x 1,080 or higher resolution and 100% scaling. It may be that your Windows Display settings are scaling your screen. I was able to reproduce what you're seeing by using a Windows scale factor of 150%.
If your display resolution is 1,920 x 1,080 (and it is, judging by your screen capture), try decreasing your Windows scale factor to 100 or 125% (Windows Settings, Display).
Also, if you prefer user interface elements to appear larger only in SOLIDWORKS, you can adjust the Button/Icon Size from either the Options toolbar flyout menu or the Customize dialog, Toolbars tab.
Changing this setting increases the size of most icons (and their respective buttons and toolbars) in SOLIDWORKS, independent of your Windows settings.
Hope this helps,

See if Why am I getting weird graphics issues? will help, especially the first paragraph (but check the rest if that doesn't help).
However, you don't need to go to Component Properties to make a sub-assembly flexible. See I inserted my movable Assembly into another Assembly and now it won’t move. What happened?.
Rony Varghese - you just need a bigger screen ... - Did you change your display settings, pick another screen resolution.
Changing this setting increases the size of most icons
I think it is time to be able to increase the size of all icons, whether they all follow the same scaling, or we can scale in groups.
