I want to move the c-sink text further away from the elbow of the dimension call out. How do I do that? I cant seem to find anything.
For me, I just drag the little triangle and it extends the leader length:
First, select the dimension.
The control points will show.
I dont get those options. Is there a setting to turn them on? Using SW 2020...
Change to justify left?
That didnt seem to do anything. Im still not seeing the arrows to move the lines around.
I'm more curious as to why you have both rows of text underlined;

He has 2 separate dimensions there. He just has the dimension lines overlapped.
That'd do it. At which point the question becomes, why on earth are you using two dimensions?
I suppose he wants to show the sequence of operation..Drill first and counter sink next.
That representation looks similar to weld-sequence annotation. But even at that, it would be marked wrong.
The line closest to the arrow is always step one. In this case CS first Drill next.
Another explanation would be that he has two separate features one hole & one countersink feature in the model.
Anyways I would tend to say the whole thing is a make-work idea.
Todd, Double click dimension, under property manager of Dimension, open "value" tab, where "dimension text" located. click the second line in the window and press the required times tab space bar key to move the text to the right-hand side. or select any of the existing tools as per your requirement. I hope my feed helps you out in your critical situation.
