on Jul 10, 2020Hello everyone, I'm trying to install SolidWorks (2020 SP3) on my computer but it seems that I'm not able to login in the installer, to retrieve my licences. I can however login in solidwors.com websites without any problems. I checked my ID many times, changed the password, so I'm pretty sure this issues doesn't come from there.
The only thing I have found that might be related is that in my profile I have the role "SW Web Registered User", and I thought it may mean that I can only connect in the websites ?
Does anyone know a solution to this problem ?
You can login after install.
Start SW and you can login.
Or try a few times. License server sometime not responsive.
