Can someone help with this extruded question? I created a part using the extruded boss, then I changed the sketch and it looks correct when in the edit part of extruded boss but when I select finish check mark it reverts to the old sketch not reflecting the changes I made to the sketch.

I modified few dimensions and click OK on sketch to exit
What Happens when you hit CTRL Q after exiting the sketch?

I opened your file in 2020 SP3.0 and altered the sketch using several different methods. It always updated correctly for me.

I can replicate your issue and I don't understand the reason for it.
As soon as you modify the sketch in any way, the mods stick and the extrude follows it, as Mr. George showed above.
I scanned settings to see what might be causing this, but I didn't spot anything. Perhaps others will.
There's no rebuild icon in the tree until a new dimension is added.
For my sketch mod, I dragged edges to reshape the original design (as this is underdefined) and exited the sketch.
The extrude updates as it should and without a Ctrl+Q:
0.75 & 0.19 can be equal relations and the 0.19 lines colinear,
The gap between the legs isn't maintain in distance or central to the origin.
And why two lines at 0.09?

John, there should be a few reasons. I can't open your zip cause I have an older version of SW. But when you change in the sketch, on the top right-hand corner are you exiting from the sketch. If you exiting from the sketch then it should take it right away.
The second I believe extrude feature manager selection, which you have to correct selection "from" and "direction 1". I hope I could open the zip. But these are the reason it could be.
