In older version of SW (old like 2008), I could put a note on a feature (in drawings), and when that feature is suppressed, the note would disappear.  Now when I suppress a feature, the note remains visible, but in its dangling/unassociated color (gold/brown).

I am using SW in an online automated interface and need these notes to appear/disappear when the feature turns on/off.  Any ideas?
