I haven't seen this message in years, but from what I recall, it can occur if your study has no penetration contact between components that are separated by a significant initial gap. If you have a load or prescribed displacement that gradually closes the gap, one of the solver's validity checks could get triggered if the probability of contact increases between entities which were previously too far apart to be included in initial contact calculations. A change to the contact calculations might require the solver to restart, hence the message.
I recommend clicking 'Yes', then viewing displacement results at true scale (1:1) to check contact behavior. If your results seem unexpected, trying running again with the Surface-to-Surface contact option (see KB solution S-019615) and the 'Large Displacement' option (see KB solution S-019641) enabled.

Could you post the model? I have not seen that error message before and did not find anything about it in knowledge base.
