Hi-

I am preparing for the SOLIDWORKS Mold Making exam and wanted to get used to SOLIDWORKS Plastics for Cooling Channels Analysis. When I try to load in the Add-In SOLIDWORKS attempts to load it in and it fails.  Thinks for a few seconds 30 max and closes without even showing a report generation to send off.

I am running SOLIDWORKS Education License 2019 off of a laptop with the following specifications. I5-8300H, 24 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, and NIVIDA 1050ti graphics.

What am I doing wrong? Is my computer even eligible to run SOLIDWORKS Plastics?
