Different Dims in Different View?

I have a drawing where I have two views of the same part, projected views, that are showing different dimensions for the same features.

As far as I can tell the scale of the views are the same and even if they weren't the dimensions should be the same. It's almost as if there is a scaled dimension setting that has been set. The model is a bit of a mess so that may be causing it but still something like this shouldn't happen.

Also if I project the same "Parent view" off of one of the "Child" views the dimensions come out correct.

At first I thought maybe the view was tilted but it would have to be tilted in two directions and the projection back to the parent view should still be tilted and it's not.

This has me a bit befuddled and quite concerned so I'd like to know what was happening.

Any help would be appreciated.
