I want to design a 3d part that is a half-cylinder with a pattern on the surface. I design the shape on a flat part but when I want to role it by flex it has some problem. some of the elements without any reason remain on the previous position and don`t rotate. so this occurs an intersection with element and surface and finally, Solidworks disappear the surface.

How I can solve this problem?
