My graphic card is Nvidia Quadro M5000. It says my graphic card is supported but not certified.
In ancient times software companies would test their software using various hardware configurations (if they could get 'free' hardware from a manufacturer) but now there are just too many versions and combinations to feasibly check all functionality for any configuration of hardware.
So, it seems, SWX has declined to keep up with the hardware race and only looks at certain hardware components and, likely, do not verify new versions of their s/w on 'old' hardware. Thus you may never see certified hardware that may be an older version for the newest versions of SWX software.
If you go to the Hardware Certification page (M5000 option here https://www.solidworks.com/support/hardware-certification?combine=&field_solidworks_version_value=&field_computer_vendor_name_value=&field_computer_system_model_value=&field_video_card_model_value=Quadro+M5000) then you will see version 2019 and it recommends a driver version that seems to work.
As long as it works as you expect, keep calm and carry on.
I assume that you have a GC that is recommended by the GC company for designing software but not recommended by SWX company.
I have similar issue. Before my GC was certified by SWX company for SWX 2019v not know but my SWX 2018v ,2019v and 2010v are running without any issue.
