I have a vtk file that I want to get into Solidworks, I can open it in Paraview which can export the file types seen in the attachment. I've tried 2 different add-ins but neither worked. Is there a different way I can import this? The data is a series of points forming a curve that wraps around ~500 times to make a surface. It never intersects itself, and I have the data in python but is something like 20,000 points so it's not realistic to do a curve through xyz points and I would like it to be a surface or solid so I can do interference detection.
