I am an Spanish native speaker, but I am also an English speaker.
I feel more comfortable using SolidWorks in Spanish, but I need to keep some notes and texts of the drawings in English. For example, with the dimensions of a hole, I need it to say "THRU ALL" and not "POR TODO".
Is there a way to change the dimension text to English, in place of Spanish, automatically?

If you look at SolidWorks > System Options > Hole Callout Format File, what path is being used? The default ones are stored in:
<install_dir>\solidworks\lang\<language>\calloutformat.txt
...so I'm wondering if you could point to the English language one rather than, presumably at the moment, the Spanish one?
I have solidworks language in Spanish right now, and the location you say is <install_dir>\solidworks\lang\english\
but even so, the dimension text is still in Spanish. Should have worked, but maybe the solution path is another one.
I don't think so, other than overriding the Spanish text and inserting the English text.
