HVAC study - How to represent an outside air temp

Hi,  I am doing a HVAC study which involves having an internal ambient temp of 15°, I have therefore set 15° as ambient in my overall test parameters. I need to model an outside air temp of 4° and have tried doing this with a fluid subdomain [set as air] that envelopes the building with the temp set to 4°, however the results don’t look right. Does anyone know how to best represent an outside air temp for my study? many thanks
