I attempted to load the ESP SW after about 20 minutes error message came up. I uninstalled the program and tried again. The same thing happened. Now I cannot uninstall because windows does not see the program although there are SolidWorks and SolidWorks (2) folders below the SolidWorks Corp folder. The SolidWorks (2) folder has 6423 files and 541 folders, so it does looks like it can be uninstalled.

The error message:Error 1722 there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action... etc

The error message: MSI file did not install correctly.

I bought this HP computer 2 weeks ago and upgraded to Ultimate. I have 8 gigs of memory and 750 gig hard drive. Any help would be appreciated.
