Hi all

I have a sheet metal part as attached and for the life of me cannot work out why the Edge-Flage1 will not unfold! I must be missing something simple

The only way it will unfold to a flat pattern is if I suppress the Cut-Extrude1

The Cut-Extrude2 is modeled the same way and it unfolds fine.

If anyone can help me out, that would be mint!

Let me know if there is a better way to model this part. Its 3mm mild steel sheet, pressed flanges and hand bent to the final U shape
