In a SolidWorks drawing with 2+ views, if two views are using a custom scale which different that the sheet scale, and both views are selected, then the scale is set to "use custom scale" 1: the property is only set for one of the selected views, and 2: it does not visually change the scale of the view. This error persists even after clicking the rebuild button.

This is a issue even when "automatically scale new drawing views" is selected.

Steps to reproduce:

Create any part.

Create a drawing of that part.

Individually set each view to a custom scale that is not the sheet scale

Hold control and select both views. change scale to "use sheet scale". neither of the views will change in size.

Selecting one of the views shows it is still using the custom scale. Error persists after rebuilding, and after saving and reloading the file. Attached is an example bugged file.
