is it possible to create inspection manual in 3d via composer thanks

Can you please attach an example of what you are looking for?
For printed inspection manuals, Composer can create images for "how to dismantle", "how to assemble", "Add arrows and circles for inspection areas", zoomed detail views, etc.
If you want to take a step further and go paperless, that is where Composer brings the paradigm shift. It can be used to create interactive views that a inspection engineer can actually interact and play on a flat screen monitor using FREE Player and see the animated inspection instructions.
