Well, it depends on how they got there. They look like crosshatching. Is this a section view? If so, how was it created?
Better yet, run a pack and go of your drawing and attach it to your post so we can look it over ourselves.

click on the crosshatch, deselect Material Crosshatch and then select None

Brian has the answer for you. However are you sure you want to get rid of them? The crosshatching is there to show that you are only looking at a part of the plug and not the whole thing. It indicated that the surface you are seeing is not an actual surface but the inside of solid material.
